Marvin Dean
Marvin and his wife Ruth Ann have been married for over 47 years. Marvin grew up in Mobile and was a member of the Plateau Church of Christ. Marvin attended college at Auburn University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters degree. Marvin and Ruth Ann have two children and seven grandchildren.

Jimbo Jordan
J. Wilbert (Jimbo) Jordan, Jr,  has served as an Elder at Regency Church of Christ since 2001. Born and raised in Mobile, he attended the University of Alabama. While at the University, he lived in apartments owned by the University Church of Christ in Tuscaloosa. Through the efforts of the College minister there and personal Bible study, he was baptized in 1972.  Upon graduation with a BS degree in accounting, Jimbo returned to Mobile and went to work for Smith, Dukes and Buckalew, LLP, Certified Public Accountants. While attending Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, he met and married Marie Holcomb in 1979. He has taught Bible classes, worked with the college age group, and served as a Deacon prior to becoming an elder. Jimbo is a certified public accountant and is a partner with the firm of Smith, Dukes and Buckalew, LLP. Active in professional organizations, he is a Past President of the Mobile Chapter of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and a past board member of the University of Alabama Federal Tax Clinic. He is a member of the Mobile Kiwanis Club where he served as President. Jimbo and Marie have two daughters, Angela and Cynthia. Angela, her husband Ben and their son Tucker live in Birmingham. Cynthia also lives in Birmingham and is a preschool teacher.
