Life Group Questions – March 9th
“Co-workers in Christ”
Acts 18, Romans 16:3-4
1. To begin your discussion, separate into two teams: men and women. Set a timer for two minutes and write down as many answers to this question as you possibly can. Longest list wins. Share your answers: "Name famous couples." (these can be Bible couples, celebrities, couples from history, etc - but the group must agree that these are famous couples).
2. Who is a married couple that means a lot to you? Maybe they mentored you, encouraged you, or you have appreciated them from afar. What are qualities of admirable marriages that stand out to you?
3. Read Romans 16:3-4. In what ways can marriage be a partnership for advancing God’s kingdom? How can couples encourage each other in faith and ministry?
4. Read Acts 18:24-26. What do you notice about the way that Priscilla and Aquila mentor and teach Apollos? What do they do? What do they NOT do? How can we as followers of Jesus respond and act this way when someone needs correction?
5. Who in your life do you sense God inviting you to offer hospitality to? How can your table and living room be sources of encouragement and support to others?
Reminders:
INVOLVEMENT SURVEY: Encourage your group members to complete the involvement survey.
SATURDAY, MARCH 15 & 29 | Ladies Mini Series: Two Saturdays in March at Regency starting at 8:30AM. Lauren Hamby and Jane Griffis are heading these Saturday events. They need help with food and decorating tables.
SUNDAY, MARCH 23 | Regency Fellowship Lunch: After morning worship, we will meet in the gym for lunch together. Chicken tenders provided. Bring a side or dessert to share. We will play a game of kids vs. adults Bible trivia. We will have one group of adults take on the kids Bible bowl teams.
